Can I buy Acuvue color contacts with Acuvue Oasys prescription?

I’ve had the same prescription for a year now, and it says Acuvue Oasys. I want to try Acuvue color contacts but i don’t know if i can buy them online with the same prescription.

    You should be able to. Contacts work with all the same numbers (prescription strength and cornea size among a few other things) so the numbers should work with all contacts, especially because they are the same brand name.

    i think you would have to go for a whole new fitting and stuff like that all over again not to mention coloreds are more expensive. I also wear contacts and when i asked about them that’s what my eye doctor told me but i don’t use acuvue so maybe that’s why not sure maybe you could call your eye doctor and ask, but remember they are going to be more expensive by aboutt $10-$15 per set ( i use the 2 week ones and there is 6 weeks in a box which costs about $25 each set so your looking at about $30-$40 or more depending on how much yours is now)
