Can somebody talk to me about Bausch and Lomb PureVision contact lenses?
I just started wearing the 30-day Bausch and Lomb Purevision contacts. Can you really wear them for night and day? How often are you supposed to take them out and wash them? Thanks for any answers!
technically u CAN wear them night and day, i don’t and you shouldn’t. ur eyes need oxygen, which they can’t get a lot of when ur wearing contacts. i wear mine for probly 14 hrs a day and im still having oxygen deprivation. its fine to wear them at night every once in a while though. and i know ppl who wear them for months at a time w/o ever taking them out, but this won’t be good in the long run. i wash them every night in Opti-Free express. they’re great!!!
I think the best way and for your eye health you ( must ) wash them every night before you go to sleep.
Don’t wear them more than one day without washing it.
I wouldnt wear them all night, even if they say you can. It helps to give your eyes a break, because they get more oxygen that way.
It depends what kind of solution you have. Most are pretty simple, you take your contacts off, rinse with some solution and rub them on the palm of your hand. Many solutions say you dont need to rub contacts, but I spoke with a representative for one of the major solution companies and she said its always a good idea to rub contacts. It helps to get rid of protein buildup.
Store them in the same solution and rinse them again before putting them on again, and thats it!
