How do I read the Bausch & Lomb inversion indicator?

I know Bausch & Lomb contact lenses come with an “inversion indicator” a small bit of text printed on the lens to prevent you from putting them in inside-out. I’ve never been sure of the correct way to read this. Should the text be readable looking from the inside (eye-contact side) of the lens? Or from the outside of the lens?

  1. Footprintz says:

It should look correct from the outside.

Someone looking at you while it is on your eye should see it correctly.
