How much should the government be involved if kodak,xerox and bausch&lomb do close for cheaper labor overseas?

if they do get involved what role should they play

Tax, regulation, and price fixing by the government have forced more jobs overseas than cheaper labor has.

Instead of giving those corporations tax breaks, they should give them them tax hikes. Other than that, they should stay out of it.
