if you wear bausch and lomb contacts, have u had this problem lately?

I’ve always loved these contacts because I can wear them all day without them starting to annoy my eyeballs. But lately I’ve got a pack of them and if it happens to be folded over on itself when I open it up the pack, (“taco-ed” as I call it) they are permenantly sealed like that and I cannot pry them apart without tearing them. I’ve had to throw out about half the pack and that’s a waste of money. Contacts tacoing during transportation is a relatively common thing and they usually just slide apart.

I took it back to Wal-Mart Vision Center (where I got them), and they told me it was probably just a fluke assembly line problem where they make them. So they reordered me some more for free but I had the same exact problem with the new pack!

Has anything like this happened to you?

    I wear Bausch and Lomb Purevision Toric and have never experienced this problem.
