Has anyone tried them new Freshlook colored contacts by Ciba Vision?
I usually wear Focus monthly disposable contacts but have never tried the colored contacts before. I want to order the Freshlook radiance contacts online but the diameter only comes in 14.5 and my diameter is 14.0. Do you think .5 is such a big difference? Do you think that I should still try them? I don’t want to go back to the eye doctor to pay more money for an exam for colored contacts. It’s a waste of money since I already have my prescription. My prescription is:
Power= -5.50
Base Curve= 8.6
Diameter= 14.0
Get some trials from your doctor & try them out. The difference could cause the lenses to be less comfortable. Or the lenses could pop out (though with such a small difference, you may not notice it too much). If your exam was within a year, they should be able to get you trials without a new exam. Anything over, then you should really get a new exam anyways.
I just ordered Freshlook radiance contacts. I’ll come back and post when they arrive. I ordered “sunrise”, I have real dark eyes. They say “autumn” is for those with light brown eyes.
