		<description>According to CIBA, looks like both are the same material but with something extra that&#039;s supposed to aid in comfort.  I never had any problems with it myself but the next time I see the Ciba Rep at work, I&#039;ll ask her.

Both AIR OPTIX® NIGHT &amp; DAY® AQUA contact lenses and original NIGHT &amp; DAY® contact lenses are made of the same material — lotrafilcon A silicone hydrogel. However, AIR OPTIX® NIGHT &amp; DAY® AQUA lenses provide additional benefits, like the AQUA Moisture System and significantly improved insertion comfort. The AQUA Moisture System helps lenses start and stay comfortable with a unique moisture agent that binds with the lens surface to create a silky layer for initial comfort.</description>
