Does your mom have a cell phone or is there a number where you can reach her? If so call and tell her what your problem is. From here on in be sure you keep extra supplies on hand.

I usually put them in water when I run into this prob… but before putting them back into your eyes, put them in solution for 4+ hours

  3. i know what you mean, ive worn contacts for about 5 years. my best advice is to put them into something else like a small container with water (or separate if your eyes are different prescriptions). as you know probably, they will dry out and be useless if not kept wet. before you wear them again try to let them sit in contact solution so the germs and stuff will not end up in your eye. also, after being stored in water, the lenses tend to become more fragile and tear easier. you can put them in from the water but they will be a bit uncomfortable, like when you get water in your eye with a contact in. so, just store them in water tonight and they will be fine.

You can use a plastic sandwich bag and some solution. That will keep them fresh until the morning.
